Submissions to our congress will be made via email. For electronic submissions, please send an email to samet.kibar@ethiccon.com .

 



Participants can upload the following types of papers:

  • Oral presentations and case reports

  • Poster presentations and case reports



    Oral and Poster Presentation Submission Rules

  • The paper (excluding the title) must be at least 100 words and at most 350 words (a bibliography is not required for paper submission).

  • The title of the paper should fully reflect the content of the study.

  • The name, surname, institution, city and contact information of the authors of the paper must be stated.

  • Papers should follow a structured format: “Introduction and Purpose,” “Materials and Methods,” “Results and Conclusion.”

  • At least 3 keywords must be specified.

  • If an abbreviation is used in the paper, the full name must be stated in parentheses at the first occurrence of the abbreviation.

  • For an accepted abstract to be included in the proceedings, it must be submitted. Presenters must complete their congress registration by October 7, 2025. Oral presentations will consist of a 5-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute discussion. Presentation dates and times will be announced later.

  • The deadline for submission of abstracts is 30 JANUARY 2025, at 23:59.
