The President of FUE Europe, Dr. Anastasios Vekris, is a globally recognized plastic surgeon in the field of hair transplantation and restoration. After graduating from the University of Ioannina Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Vekris specialized in plastic surgery, microsurgery, and burn treatment, and completed his advanced training in hair transplantation at major centers such as South Korea, London, and San Francisco. As the founder of the Advanced Hair Clinics and Cosmetic Derma Medicine group, he has performed over 20,000 operations with his team, backed by more than 20 years of experience in the FUE technique. Known particularly for his expertise in challenging cases such as beard and eyebrow transplantation and the repair of previous faulty operations, Vekris also provides training to many surgeons worldwide in this field. As an active member of prestigious organizations such as ISHRS and IPRAS, he has participated in over 120 international congresses as a speaker and trainer to date and has made significant contributions to the development of modern hair transplantation techniques through his scientific work.
