Dr. Mehmet Ender Saraç

Born in İzmir in 1959, Dr. Mehmet Ender Saraç graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine and is a Specialist in Family Medicine. Since 1989, he has been conducting studies in the fields of natural, complementary, and holistic medicine. Between 1989 and 1995, he received Ayurveda and Panchakarma training in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, and India; he achieved first place in the European Ayurveda Physicians exam. He holds Ministry of Health-approved certificates in Acupuncture, Phytotherapy, cupping, ozone therapy, and aesthetic medicine. In 1994, he founded the Hay Health Center, Turkey's first natural medicine and aesthetic center, and still continues his work there. He is also one of Turkey's first certified medical astrologers, conducting specialized studies in health and astrology. His books on natural and healthy living have been on bestseller lists for many years, and he has reached wide audiences through television programs. Today, he continues his conferences, trainings, and consultancy activities alongside patient acceptance.
