Handan Yavuz, who finished Samsun Anatolian High School, is a 1996 graduate of Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. Starting her medical career at International Hospital, she completed her specialization at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anatomy, between 1998 and 2000. After serving as a senior executive in medical marketing and education in the pharmaceutical sector until 2010, she combined her 14 years of knowledge and experience in medicine and the pharmaceutical sector to establish her own health consultancy, marketing, and education company. She has provided individual and corporate medical marketing, web portal management, trainings, and project coordination to many physicians, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. She has provided health tourism consultancy services to many local and foreign patients who preferred Istanbul to benefit from reliable and high-quality health services. She served as a founding partner at the Medient ENT Surgery Branch Center between 2012 and 2015. From 2015 onwards, she began hosting all her local and foreign patients in her own private practice. In 2021, Dr. Handan established her own Private Medlook Polyclinic. Offering treatments to her patients with the motto “health within, beauty without,” Dr. Handan Yavuz still serves as the responsible manager and an active physician in the GETAT (Traditional and Complementary Medicine) department at the Private Medlook Polyclinic in Nişantaşı.
