Seçil Uçar

She was born in Ankara in 1979. She completed her primary and secondary education at Antalya Anatolian High School. In 1997, she entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. Immediately after graduating from the faculty in 2003, she began her specialization in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. After completing her residency in 2009, she performed her compulsory service at Keşan State Hospital. She later served as an ENT specialist at various private hospitals such as Acıbadem, Yıldız Academia, and Medistanbul Hospital; along with this, she performed the duty of chief physician for 5 years.

Since 2021, she has been providing services to her patients in her own clinic opened in Nişantaşı. Dr. Seçil Uçar, who continues her work especially in the field of facial aesthetics in her clinic, continues to see patients with high patient satisfaction through the 4DLIFTING application she developed and patented. At the same time, she provides cosmetic application training on both cadavers and models at Ege University Anatomy Department (EGE GAPUM). She teaches 4DLIFTING applications to physicians through hands-on trainings in her own clinic. Dr. Seçil Uçar, who values in-service training, founded 4D Academy International for this purpose. Dr. Seçil Uçar also completed a Master’s in the Department of Painting and Sculpture at the Yeditepe University Faculty of Fine Arts. She is the founding president and the chair of the board of the MEDİKOD association.
